Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs upon admission to the detox center, employing standardized tools and clinical judgment to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in both individual and group settings, tailored to address the specific mental health issues stemming from substance use.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care, promoting a holistic approach that encompasses mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques, offering immediate support and immediate resources to clients in acute distress.

This role will focus on individuals in various stages of detoxification and recovery, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid independent license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
