**About The Role:** As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You'll Do:** + Assist management with various administrative tasks. This includes answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, coordinating room set-up for meetings, monitoring work order systems, and ensure requests are addressed timely manner + Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases. Verify all are up to date and in compliance with company & client policies. + Coordinate service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests. + Help with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports. + Submit invoices for payment and creation of purchase orders + Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area. + Evaluate and choose solutions from established options. + Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. + Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance. + Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required. + Develop an in-depth knowledge of all our digital systems and integration systems. + Ensure adherence of service providers to contractual obligations. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Administrator position is $58,000 annually [or $27.88 per hour]. The compensation yield to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
