Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with both individuals and groups, utilizing our intuitive telehealth platform to provide consistent therapeutic support.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans and intervention strategies that reflect these assessments.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients facing urgent challenges.

• Assist clients in accessing vital community resources, social services, and additional support systems to enhance their overall quality of life.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and holistic care that promotes better patient outcomes.

• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, self-care techniques, and frameworks for improved communication, empowering them in their mental health management.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy.

The clients you will support encompass a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
