We offer a supportive, family-oriented work environment where your contributions make a difference.ResponsibilitiesFabrication DepartmentOperate fabrication equipment including lasers, HyDef plasma tables, machining centers, punch presses, CNC punches, saws, and press brakes.Assist with wet paint operations and mechanical assembly.Read work orders and blueprints to ensure quality production.Perform quality inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area.Welding DepartmentPerform MIG welding on fixture and peg table assemblies.Produce quality welds that meet company standards and specifications.Read blueprints and welding prints to complete projects accurately.Inspect finished welds and maintain welding equipment.Pay: $19-$20/hrQualificationsPrevious fabrication or welding experience preferred.Experience with manufacturing equipment or metal fabrication is a plus.Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hourComprehensive Health Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanProfit Sharing ProgramPaid Time OffFamily-oriented company cultureStable, full-time employment with opportunities for growthIf you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
