Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, to address various mental health concerns.

• Utilize and adapt various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, based on client needs.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements in mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and trends in mental health and attending workshops relevant to your specialty.

Qualifications\n
