Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to fulfill your role from the comfort of your home. Our team operates on a fully online platform, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies to connect with clients and manage clinical documentation efficiently. You will maintain a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess each client’s mental health needs and history.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches.
\n
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to individuals, and if qualified, couples and families, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards mandated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and collaborative team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and share insights.
\n
• Coordinate care with external agencies, including medical providers, educational institutions, and social service organizations, ensuring a multifaceted approach to client care.

• Uphold confidentiality and ethical practice standards in every client interaction, safeguarding client rights and promoting a sense of safety.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, in good standing.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A solid understanding of clinical assessment methodologies, treatment planning processes, and therapeutic interventions.

• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and empathetic interactions with clients and colleagues.

• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, particularly within community mental health or telehealth environments.

• Prior experience working with youth, couples, or family systems would be highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and experience working with clients from diverse and underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the hard work and dedication of our clinicians. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year , based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits that support your health and well-being. You will also receive admin and billing support, eliminating the need for you to chase payments or manage paperwork.
