Assistant Banquet Manager

Teton Village, Wyoming (Mountain Resort)
$67,225 starting wage (full-time, seasonal, exempt)

I am hiring on behalf of a leading mountain resort seeking an experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to support the execution of high-end banquet and catering operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily banquet and F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Support hiring, training, and supervision of banquet staff
Assist in scheduling and coordinating teams to meet event requirements
Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation, and execution
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all event spaces
Support inventory control, equipment management, and vendor coordination
Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events

Requirements:

Previous experience in banquets, events, or high-volume hospitality operations
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability xywuqvp to work in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment
Excellent attention to detail and guest service focus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience in luxury or resort hospitality preferred
