Energix US is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office & HR Administrator to support daily office operations and provide essential administrative and HR support across the team. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate office vendors, supplies, deliveries, and facilities needs
- Support scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and team events
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records, files, and internal documentation
- Assist with onboarding coordination and ongoing employee administration
- Help foster a positive, professional, and efficient workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, office coordinating, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
