Office & HR Administrator

Energix US is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office & HR Administrator to support daily office operations and provide essential administrative and HR support across the team. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office vendors, supplies, deliveries, and facilities needs
  • Support scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and team events
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records, files, and internal documentation
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and ongoing employee administration
  • Help foster a positive, professional, and efficient workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, office coordinating, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
