Italian-English AI Safety Evaluator [Remote]

Role Overview

Help improve how advanced AI models respond to sensitive topics in Italian. You will use Italian language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate model behavior, identify risks, and support safer responses. No previous AI or machine learning experience is required, and training on the workflow is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Create expert-level Italian prompts covering a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning supporting your decisions.
• Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive Italian-language content.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian fluency and business-level written English.
• Bachelor''s degree completed or currently in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and close attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when working with sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred Background

• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
• Location in Italy or Western Europe is preferred but not required; applicants based elsewhere are welcome.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Immediate start.

Compensation

$40 to $44 per hour.
