Are you an exceptional cold caller who loves opening doors and creating opportunities?
Impulse Industries is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help introduce an exciting new customer loyalty and revenue-generating program to supermarkets, restaurants, family entertainment centers, and other retail businesses throughout the United States.
This is not another ordinary telemarketing position.
Our company has been designing and manufacturing amusement and customer engagement systems for nearly 40 years. We are launching an innovative line of upscale loyalty rewards kiosks that help businesses:
- Generate new monthly revenue
- Increase customer loyalty and repeat visits
- Reward customers with collectible prizes and promotions
- Offer a unique experience competitors don’t have
The best part? There is no upfront investment for the customer. We install, stock, service, and maintain the equipment while sharing revenue with the location.
This makes our offering easy to understand and gives businesses a compelling reason to take a meeting.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and cold call businesses throughout the U.S.
- Reach decision makers including owners, district managers, regional managers, and corporate executives
- Generate qualified appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline activity
- Help build long-term relationships with prospective clients
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Loves talking with people
- Has excellent phone presence
- Is confident speaking with business owners and executives
- Handles rejection positively and keeps moving
- Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Wants to earn well above their base salary
- Has experience with B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales (preferred)

The title Business Development Representative (Base + Commission) generally attracts stronger candidates with B2B sales experience and a professional mindset.
One additional suggestion: I would also consider offering a residual commission (for example, a percentage of the revenue share for the first 12 months after installation).
