Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth or in-home visits to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Employ therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anger management, coping strategies, and social skills enhancement, particularly among youth and families.
\n
• Collaborate with the Child Family Treatment Team and other interdisciplinary professionals to create integrated treatment plans that ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Manage documentation requirements by completing intake forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary paperwork within specified time frames to adhere to clinic protocols.

• Participate in monthly team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on your therapeutic experiences to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving individuals, couples, and families coping with various mental health issues, including emotional distress, behavioral problems, and relationship challenges. In particular, you will engage with youth and their caregivers, equipping them with the skills necessary to manage and improve behavioral challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory for this position.
\n
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours weekly, primarily during after-school hours from 4-7 PM, is essential.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle are necessary, as in-home visits may be required.
\n
• A successful criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is required prior to employment.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of relevant experience is preferred, we applaud candidates from all backgrounds who demonstrate self-motivation and a strong passion for mental health support. Experience in providing positive behavior support and family-centered therapy methods will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a flexible work schedule, life insurance, and malpractice insurance to support your professional endeavors.
