Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and specific needs, establishing a solid foundation for therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings and align with client aspirations, adapting strategies as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Monitor client progress through meticulous documentation, evaluating therapeutic outcomes and adjusting treatment approaches to optimize effectiveness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Advocate for clients by identifying necessary resources and ensuring their rights to appropriate mental health services are upheld.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices as mandated by state licensing boards and professional guidelines, promoting trust and integrity in the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
