What’s a typical day as Strategic Services Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Providing administrative support and coordinating processes for daily operations within the Strategic Services department
• Receiving and channeling information from various departments to Application Specialists and ensuring timely operational responses
• Creating, assigning, coordinating, invoicing, and closing service calls in Sales Force
• Preparing product and service quotations, following up with clients for approval or changes
• Invoicing products and services in Acumatica per approved client quotes
• Offering guidance to existing and potential clients regarding company products and services
• Verifying and updating supplier website information, such as technical documents, Inserts, and Safety Data Sheets
• Managing and updating inventory records for loaned equipment using Excel
• Maintaining office supply inventory for the department
• Reserving and overseeing proper use of meeting and training rooms
• Coordinating department-sponsored activities and training, including literature preparation, giveaways, meals, parking, and logistics
• Submitting monthly reports on product lines and equipment to department supervisors and management
• Performing departmental administrative duties such as phone and email correspondence, document management, and archiving

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role (required). At least one (1) year.
• Are proficient with technology, including Excel, Sales Force, and Acumatica
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Full bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Are detail-oriented and committed to high-quality internal and external customer service
• Have an Associate degree or minimum of two years of univeristy.
• Can support other departments as needed, including front desk and project management coverage
