I opened my agency in 2018 after working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience needed to build a strong, people-focused office. Our team includes three members, and we’ve created a fun, positive environment where energy and teamwork are part of everyday life. We’re a basketball family — with my son playing at the University of Maryland — and we love to travel, which reflects the competitive spirit and curiosity we bring into our work.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Autumn Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
