Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Crestwood Crisis Intervention Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of new and existing clients to establish their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific goals, applying a range of therapeutic modalities to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions—delivered through teletherapy modalities—to clients dealing with emotional distress, trauma, and mental illness.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
