Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for individuals and families, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Proficient communication skills, ensuring effective interactions and rapport-building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
