Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group counseling services to a caseload of clients, facilitating scheduled sessions to maintain consistent therapeutic engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and treatment motivations.

• Develop and review initial treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting achievable and tailored goals for their recovery journey.

• Create detailed aftercare and discharge plans to facilitate a smooth transition as clients progress through their treatment.

• Ensure the delivery of effective counseling services, demonstrating responsiveness to clients' evolving needs throughout their recovery process.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to program development and enhancement of service delivery.

You will primarily serve clients dealing with co-occurring disorders, which may include individuals struggling with mental health issues alongside substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient engagement.
