Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Performing initial assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and develop actionable treatment plans to guide their therapy journey.
\n
• Monitoring progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Actively participating in case consultations with a multi-disciplinary team, contributing insights to enhance the overall treatment strategy for clients.

• Documenting all therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record system.

• Providing crisis intervention services as required, ensuring clients receive immediate support during acute challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support clients struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your work will often involve engaging with families and couples to facilitate communication and healing in relationships affected by mental health challenges. The diversity of the client population allows for a rich interplay of therapeutic modalities that you can apply based on client needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to uphold a professional license free from suspension or probationary periods throughout employment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this attractive pay, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
