Must Have Qualifications Valid NYS LCSW-R, LCSW, LMSW licensure required. Five to seven years of administrative experience supervising operations of Scatter Site Housing Programs. Five or more years of experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons living with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and serious mental illness. Bilingual – Spanish preferred. HIV/AIDS advanced training is a plus. Day-to-Day Responsibilities The Program Director is responsible for the overall operation of all HRA‑HASAs Scatter Site Housing Programs, including management of staff, overseeing the development and implementation of program enhancements, monitoring and compliance, evaluating policies, and implementing proper procedures for the program. The program is characterized by a team approach, supervision of clinical staff, unlimited time services, crisis availability, and referral procedures. The Program Director is on call 24/7.
