Role & Compensation Overview

• Position: Slitter/Machine Operator - Nights Available 

• Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

• Shift: C & D Shift | 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM (12-hour continental schedule)

• Pay Rate: $21.74/hour + $2.00 shift differential

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be a key part of our production flow—keeping things moving safely and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating core cutting, roll wrapping, and slitting equipment.

• Performing quality checks and final inspections on finished rolls to meet customer specs.

• Moving and palletizing finished goods using material handling equipment.

• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by following GMPs, SOPs, and 5S procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferred, but we will train the right reliable person!).

• Basic computer skills for data entry and the ability to read standard/metric measuring tools.

• A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Ability to comfortably handle the physical demands of a 12-hour shift.

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
