Advance Services is hiring a bilingual recruiter to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! The position is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional who will utilize recruiting practices to identify and hire quality candidates to fulfill the needs of our clients. • Matching candidates to open positions based on client requirements.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients as their account manager.
• Meet or exceed placement, fill rate, and time-to-fill goals.
