This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements while maintaining a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, identifying the severity, frequency, and duration of their challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, enhancing understanding of mood disorders and available treatment options.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs and therapeutic responses.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case consultations and team meetings to enhance skills and ensure adherence to best practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients within the healthcare system, raising awareness and reducing the stigma associated with seeking mental health support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on treating individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. This role requires cultural competence and the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring that all individuals receive respectful and effective care tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A strong foundation in psychopharmacology and the capacity to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical personnel.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate building rapport with diverse clients.
