Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on effective management techniques for specific conditions, ensuring they understand the importance of continuity of care and preventive measures.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes meticulously in compliance with regulatory and facility standards to ensure patient care continuity and quality assurance.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align closely with each patient's unique needs, objectives, and lifestyle, adapting these plans as necessary.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities aimed at enhancing patient mobility and functionality.
• Closely monitor and assess patient progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment strategies based on clinical evaluations and feedback from patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele at our facility encompasses a diverse range of individuals recovering from various conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• An active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
