Investment Banking Professional In Real EstateJoin our Real Estate, Lodging, Gaming, and Homebuilding investment banking team, advising leading companies and financial institutions across a broad range of strategic and financing transactions.Job SummaryAs a seasoned Investment Banking professional in Real Estate, you will leverage your experience and industry relationships to advise REITS, corporates, and financial institutions across a broad range of strategic and financing needs. You will work across the firm's banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, diversitures, restructurings, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets.Job ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and direct preparation of detailed financial models, presentations and internal committee memosLead transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other equity and debt capital raising activities across the real estate, lodging, gaming and home building sectorsRefining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impactIdentifying and managing risks in a given dealLiaising with other internal and external parties on transactions (eg. lawyers, accountants, counterparties)Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and collaborate closely with senior bankers on developing and implementing strategic financial solutions for clientsProspecting new clients, develop and manage existing client relationships, including relationships with key decision makersMentoring investment banking analysts and associatesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrior work experience in an investment banking front office role.Experience in training junior bankersExceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate financial concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validityVery strong quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modelling and valuation work)Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutionsAdaptability, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a teamAbility to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature mannerExcellent understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today's environmentAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
