Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to comfortably work from your own space while providing telehealth services to clients. Our telehealth platform facilitates seamless communication between counselors and clients, ensuring that high-quality therapy can be administered from any location. While the primary work hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and intake assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns.

• Create customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, integrating techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to ensure individualized care.

You will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
