This position offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while fulfilling the essential responsibilities. Our therapists enjoy a healthy work-life balance with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will utilize secure online therapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to receive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately gauge client needs and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and individual client circumstances, continually adjusting them as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions tailored to client goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
