Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities, therapeutic needs, and orthopedic conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques and innovative therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize a variety of modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and electrical stimulation, to facilitate recovery.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, including outcome measures, to inform ongoing adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention methods, and lifestyle modifications aimed at promoting independence.
• Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care and holistic approaches to rehabilitation.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate new techniques into patient care whenever appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our therapy services is on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our therapists engage with diverse patients, ranging from post-operative clients in need of rehabilitation to those seeking pain management solutions through enhanced physical activity. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually.
