Work Environment

This position is conducted onsite, within the homes of patients receiving care. As such, you will be provided a unique opportunity to work in diverse settings, interacting closely with patients and their families in familiar environments. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Tri Flexsi, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities, utilizing both standardized assessment tools and clinical observations.
• Creating customized treatment plans that align with patients' specific needs, and closely monitoring their progress throughout rehabilitation.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, exercise protocols, and patient education strategies to maximize recovery.
• Maintaining clear and open communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary treatment team, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Providing professional consultations to physicians and other healthcare providers regarding treatment effectiveness and necessary adjustments in patient care.
• Participating actively in community outreach initiatives and quality improvement efforts, serving as an ambassador for the clinic's mission and values.
• Engaging in regular self-improvement and professional development through ongoing education, attendance at in-services, and contributions to team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population will include individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical recovery, chronic pain syndromes, sports injuries, and mobility impairments. You will be working closely with a diverse group of patients from different backgrounds, ages, and cultures, emphasizing our commitment to respectful and culturally sensitive care practices.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License for Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred and may enhance your application:

• Previous experience focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, particularly in home care settings.

Compensation and Benefits
