Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily within patient homes, offering a unique atmosphere that allows for tailored therapies in a comfort-driven setting. The traditional work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize advanced treatment techniques and modalities to provide cost-effective interventions that enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements, promoting overall health and physical activity.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized care grounded in the latest evidence-based research, ensuring each patient receives the most effective therapies available.
• Motivate and inspire patients during their treatment sessions, facilitating their optimal function and encouraging their engagement in recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consulting with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to refine treatment strategies.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, documenting treatment efficacy, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic injuries and conditions, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal disorders. This diverse patient population requires a compassionate approach, recognizing the unique challenges they face in their rehabilitation journey. The role will involve working with a variety of patients, from post-operative care to managing ongoing physical limitations, all of whom will benefit from your specialized skills.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and practice.
• Current and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, verifying your professional credentials and abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, showcasing your adeptness at treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• Demonstrable experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and executing direct patient care, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
