As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and resident concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide courteous customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations in accordance with site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
