As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed09:30 PM - 06:00 AMThur09:30 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, parking areas, common areas, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe resident, visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters as directed. Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
