Ecommerce Manager

Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Manager to join our eCommerce team. This role will manage and execute the digital commerce strategy, support profitable growth, deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and leverage analytics to drive strategic initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with marketing, merchandising, planning, IT, and finance teams to build the eCommerce strategy, establish sales plans, and align with company goals. Support the Director of eCommerce with eCommerce P&L management. Manage and monitor eCommerce expenses and activities to balance growth and profitability objectives. Partner with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to develop and execute the digital roadmap and customer experience strategy. Support performance marketing agency management and digital acquisition strategies. Develop and execute digital promotion strategies across eCommerce channels. Analyze customer behavior and site performance using GA4 and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on site merchandising, content, fulfillment, customer service, and enhancement projects. Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations, website infrastructure, and customer-facing functionality. Experience with Shopify Plus and eCommerce content management systems preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a deadline-driven environment.
