Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Embrace Life Mental Healthcare, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of couples and individuals to understand their specific family dynamics and psychological needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to address a range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication barriers.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may involve counseling couples together as well as individual sessions, carefully crafting tailored treatment plans suitable for diverse family configurations.

• Guide families through challenges such as blended households, separation, and divorce, helping them adjust and improve their interpersonal relationships.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will support a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, each facing unique challenges that necessitate a family-centered approach. You will provide critical services to individuals experiencing mental health crises, family disputes, and other personal struggles that hinder their quality of life. Qualifications\n
