Neurology Team Lead/Charge Nurse - $32-52 per hour

Rehabilitation Charge Nurse (RN) – BJC HealthCare Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Employment Type: Staff Duration: Ongoing Responsibilities Participates in professional development. Promotes patient‑ and family‑centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and their families on illness or injury management, including post‑treatment home care needs and medication administration. Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with other members of the health‑care team, following established guidelines and standards of nursing care. Provides unit leadership for defined periods of time using critical‑thinking assessment and evaluation skills. Evaluates patients’ response and modifies plans of care accordingly throughout their stay. Minimum Requirements Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing. Experience: 2–5 years of nursing experience, no supervisory experience required. License & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN). Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
