Sales Manager – McDaniels Acura | Columbia, SC McDaniels Acura is seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Columbia, South Carolina. This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking automotive professional who thrives in a modern retail environment and is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving performance through innovation and technology. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a proven leader with: Automotive Sales Management experience Strong finance and desking experience Experience operating in a paperless retail environment Knowledge of transparent pricing and modern sales processes High energy, high accountability, and a strong work ethic A passion for helping customers and developing team members Advanced technology skills and the ability to embrace new tools and processes Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities A customer-first mindset focused on long-term relationships Responsibilities Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team Desk deals and assist with deal structure to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction Support finance operations and work closely with the F&I department Drive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives Utilize technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and the customer experience Coach and mentor sales consultants to achieve personal and professional growth Monitor key performance metrics and develop action plans for success Ensure a seamless, transparent, and world-class customer journey Why McDaniels Acura?
