Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment in a true 360 capacity, managing both client partnerships and candidate relationships Develop and expand business within the Life Sciences market through strategic relationship building and market mapping Identify new opportunities with prospective and existing clients to support division growth Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen a pipeline of high-caliber Life Sciences talent for current and future hiring needs Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and recruiting technologies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate network Engage and nurture passive candidates through consultative outreach and long-term relationship management Partner closely with clients to understand hiring goals, market trends, and workforce challenges Qualify candidates through detailed screening, interview feedback, and resume evaluation Consistently meet and exceed recruiting, business development, and revenue targets Qualifications Proven success within the Life Sciences recruitment market, preferably in a 360 or agency environment Strong business development mindset with experience building and managing client relationships Demonstrated ability to generate leads, grow accounts, and develop new business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting/CRM platforms High-energy, entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for relationship-driven sales and recruiting Demonstrated track record of achieving quotas and performance goals About GQR GQR is an award-winning global talent acquisition and talent technology firm specializing in high-growth, high-impact markets.
