Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities Comply with all environmental, health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies. Report operational KPIs. Provide administrative HR support as needed, including placing advertisements, submitting background checks, and entering payroll information for new employees. Coordinate meetings and plant tours/visits. Organize travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Provide receptionist duties: greet visitors, take and route phone calls. Assist with purchase order and expense administration. Inventory and order all office supplies. Maintain office equipment such as copy machines, fax machines and printers. Prepare typed documents and distribute them. Establish and maintain a filing system for the Administrative Department. Prepare expense reports. Manage the copy room. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Three years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
