Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, social determinants of health, and individualized treatment goals.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address an array of mental health and psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on shared experiences among clients, enhancing peer support and providing psychoeducation on coping strategies.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that include measurable objectives, therapeutic interventions, and regular progress evaluations.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effective risk assessments, safety planning, and coordination of emergency support resources.

• Advocate for clients, helping them navigate healthcare systems and access necessary community resources for ongoing support and recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome tracking.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and dedication required for this role.
