Qualifications & Skills RN licensure required; BSN strongly preferred. 2-5 years of RN experience in Neonatal ICU; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Duties Manage and evaluate nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards. Develop and implement staffing, budget, and care plans. Oversee patient care, documentation, and compliance with policies.
