A manufacturing company in the Lehigh Valley is searching for an Human Resources Manager-Manufacturing. This direct-hire position is 5 days onsite and starts immediately.
Responsibilities- Full-cycle payroll ownership
- Advanced HRIS administration
- Manufacturing HR operations
- Complex employee relations
- Supervisor coaching
- Independent decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong employee relations experience required.
- Experience managing full-cycle payroll, benefit, and HRIS systems.
- Working knowledge of wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, workers' compensation, and other employment regulations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing
