Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise organizational operations, supporting both the Director of Nursing and Office Managers.
- Manage billing, payroll, and oversee the vehicle fleet.
- Oversee human resource functions, ensuring compliance with core values and regulatory requirements.
- Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
- Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
- Lead the survey process and support staff development through orientation, ongoing education, and evaluations.
- Direct and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic goals and budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share valuable insights with the team.
- Ensure sound fiscal management and maintain the agency's credit standing.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and support teams.
- Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
- You will oversee and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of the home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.
