Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at our organization, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting and facilitating group therapy sessions that foster a supportive environment where clients connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Providing individual therapy that focuses on personalized counseling, helping clients unpack their thoughts and emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic presents unique mental health challenges, and your role will be critical in providing therapeutic interventions that address their specific life circumstances and emotional needs. By fostering a safe and encouraging environment, you will help these clients navigate their journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
