This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients effectively by establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to track their progress, address stability concerns, manage upcoming appointments, and discuss discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that are centered around each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to support each client's therapeutic journey.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis and participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and related psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current LMHC licensure in New York state.

• Proven ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.
