Your Role

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise personalized therapy approaches to help them achieve their individual goals.

• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, empathetic care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate individuals and their caregivers about therapeutic methods to support continued progress in their home environment.
• Track Progress and Adjust Strategies: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education and additional certifications is encouraged and supported.

Licensure and Credentials

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
