This leadership opportunity is ideal for a healthcare professional with a strong background in Health Information Management, hospital coding, and revenue cycle operations who is passionate about operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. The Manager, HIM Operations & Coding will provide day-to-day leadership of Health Information Management (HIM) Operations and Hospital Coding services. This individual will oversee coding operations, chart completion, release of information, document imaging, record integrity, productivity, quality, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance while supporting organizational revenue cycle initiatives . Working collaboratively across Revenue Cycle, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Revenue Integrity, Patient Financial Services, Patient Access, Compliance, Information Technology, Medical Staff Services, and clinical departments, this leader will help ensure accurate documentation, compliant coding, timely billing, and efficient medical record managemen t.This position also plays a key role in improving DNFB performance, supporting an enterprise EMR transition, driving operational efficiencies, and minimizing revenue leakag e.
