Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying and analyzing clients’ specific emotional and psychological concerns to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions in both group and one-on-one formats, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring their safety.

• Carefully document client interactions, treatments, and progress notes, strictly adhering to compliance requirements, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and enhance comprehensive care strategies.

• Equip clients and their families with education regarding mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge of treatment options and available community resources.

• Commit to professional development by participating in workshops and continued education opportunities that focus on the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health therapy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
