Work Environment\n

This role is primarily conducted through telehealth, making it possible for you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or another conducive environment. With a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient needs. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will predominantly work with adults facing challenges related to substance use disorders. Understanding the complexities of addiction and its impact on individuals and their families is essential. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through evidence-based recovery strategies in a supportive and empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

  Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care approaches.

  Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy specific to addiction treatment with a focus on measurable patient outcomes.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster trusting relationships in a supportive, non-judgmental manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting the experience and expertise of the candidate. In addition to a base salary, a sign-on bonus is available.
