Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed mental health assessments to understand patients' psychological states, histories, and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, adapting techniques to best serve patients' needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing an integrative approach to tackle emotional challenges, enhance personal growth, and develop coping strategies among clients.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care practitioners, and peer support staff, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when clients face acute situations, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and immediate responses to complex emotional needs.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment processes, and available community resources for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
