Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, actively participating in case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at improving service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions modified for each client's unique circumstances.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial as well.
