Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual client needs and challenges, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and connection among clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding swiftly to mental health emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidenced-based treatment techniques.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct impactful mental health assessments and devise effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing therapy to a wide range of clients, adept at using various therapeutic modalities and styles.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and basic computer software applications.

• A collaborative mindset, eager to work within a multidisciplinary team approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
